Title: Do You Have Living Water Flowing from You?

John 7:37-39 (ESV)
37 On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink.
38 Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, 'Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.'"
39 Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
Observation:
What do we need most in our world today? Think about the promise of our text. O Yes, what Jesus said makes me thirst. Do you thirst for rivers of living water flowing out of you?
John 7:38 (AMP)
38 He who believes in Me [who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs and rivers of living water.
Do you have a burning desire in your heart to see a mighty move of God in your Church and community? If so, why not ask the Lord to do it again, and to begin it in you? Let's send up an outpouring of cries for revival in our homeland, and for it to begin in us.
"Send a revival, O Christ my Lord,
Let it go over the land and sea.
Send it according to Thy dear Word,
And let it begin in me."
Prayer:
Our Father in heaven, my dear Father, I ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessings; rain on us Lord, send us a down pouring of blessings.
Father, bless us like you promised rain to Your people of old; bless us today with an outpouring of Your Spirit. Father, we need a heaven sent Holy Spirit revival to sweep our homeland, and turn Your people back to You. Lord, do it again, and begin it in me. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray, Amen.
