Title: Have You Responded to the Savior's Invitation?
Text:
Luke 14:15-17 (HCSB)
15 When one of those who reclined at the table with Him heard these things, he said to Him, "The one who will eat bread in the kingdom of God is blessed!" 16 Then He told him: "A man was giving a large banquet and invited many. 17 At the time of the banquet, he sent his slave to tell those who were invited, 'Come, because everything is now ready.'
Observation:
Salvation is a feast, and God wants His house filled. As servants of God, and friends of Jesus, we have the privilege to tell the world about the Savior's feast. How are you doing in telling the goodnews?
Luke 14:17 (HCSB)
At the time of the banquet, he sent his slave to tell those who were invited, 'Come, because everything is now ready.'
"All things are ready," come to the feast!
Come, for the table now is spread;
Ye famishing, ye weary, come,
And thou shalt be richly fed.
Refrain
Hear the invitation,
Come, "whosoever will";
Praise God for full salvation
For "whosoever will."

Prayer:
Father God, Sovereign Lord, I am so grateful for the love that You have for the whole world. Father, I thank You for Your gracious invitation to come to the feast of salvation. Father, I pray that all who hear the invitation to come to Jesus will receive Him. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray, Amen.
Romans 10:12-13 (HCSB)
12 for there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, since the same Lord of all is rich to all who call on Him. 13 For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Matthew 4:4 (HCSB)
4 But He answered, "It is written: Man must not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God."
Psalm 2:8 (HCSB)
8 Ask of Me, and I will make the nations Your inheritance and the ends of the earth Your possession.
