Title: Three Precious Promises for Every Believer

Text:

Jude 1:24-25 (HCSB)
24
Now to Him who is able to protect you from stumbling and to make you stand in the presence of His glory, blameless and with great joy,
25 to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, power, and authority before all time, now and forever. Amen.

Observation:

This week we have considered a scripture from the Bible with a promise each day. Today we consider another of those very precious promises of God. I love the Lord because He is able and willing to make and keep His promises. He is worthy of my total trust.

See and hear these three precious promises that God gives to every believer:

1.       The protection He provides… "able to protect you from stumbling".

2.       The presentation He provides… "make you stand in the presence of His glory".

3.       The pleasure He provides…"blameless with great joy".

Now that is more than enough to get your praises on; to God be the glory; great things He has done. God is great and greatly to be praised. My heart overflows with thanksgiving to God; I just want to bring glory to His name. When our praises go up, God's power comes down. Glory!

Jude 1:25 (HCSB)
25 to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, power, and authority before all time, now and forever. Amen.

Prayer:

Father God, my dear Father, words seem so inadequate to thank You for the generous gifts You give to Your people; they are so rich, and free to us, but were purchased at great cost by You. Father, my soul sings Your praises with lips of thanksgiving, and heartfelt appreciation.

Psalm 105:1-2 (HCSB)
1
Give thanks to Yahweh, call on His name; proclaim His deeds among the peoples.
2 Sing to Him, sing praise to Him; tell about all His wonderful works!

Father God, please accept our praise and our thanksgivings. Together, with all of God's people, we say Amen and Amen.

Proverbs 30:5 (ESV)
5 Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.

Psalm 119:11 (ESV)
11 I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
