The Word of God for wisdom:

¹⁴ To start a conflict is to release a flood; stop the dispute before it breaks out.

¹ Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good. His love is eternal.

The Word of God for encouragement:

⁵ So Peter was kept in prison, but prayer was being made earnestly to God for him by the church.
⁶ On the night before Herod was to bring him out [for execution], Peter, bound with two chains, was sleeping between two soldiers, while the sentries in front of the door guarded the prison.
⁷ Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared, and a light shone in the cell. Striking Peter on the side, he woke him up and said, "Quick, get up!" Then the chains fell off his wrists.
⁸ "Get dressed," the angel told him, "AND put on your sandals." And he did so. "WRAP your cloak around you," he told him, "AND follow me."
⁹ So he went out and followed, and he did not know that what took place through the angel was real, but thought he was seeing a vision.
¹⁰ After they passed the first and second guard posts, they came to the iron gate that leads into the city, which opened to them by itself. They went outside and passed one street, and immediately the angel left him.

My observation:

When God's people pray, miracles still happen. God is a faithful God, and he is a good Father, and you can trust him to keep his promises. If you are a child of God, you can stand on the promises of your faithful heavenly Father. Others may fail you, but God will never fail you.

Numbers 23:19 (HCSB)
¹⁹ God is not a man who lies, or a son of man who changes His mind. Does He speak and not act, or promise and not fulfill?

My prayer:

Our Father in heaven, my dear Father, I am so grateful for the privilege of being able to call you, my dear Father.

What a blessing it is to know that my Father, is also the Father of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am indeed, so blessed.

Father God, thank you for being my Father, and my God. Amen.
